SCANEO CHECKLIST

Does the city in the heading match the one in the address?
Is the heading in the right format? (CITY / GROOMERS NAME Confirmation Date) / ETA TIMEFRAME OR ETA: [Exact Time Requested]
Has the customer confirmed the appointment in the last 2 business days (Prot. Page)?
Is the color of the appointment right for the groomer?
Does the timing make sense relative to the appt before or after (2 hours for 1 pet or 1 extra hour for each additional pet)? Have you also checked address is not FAR AWAY? Call manager if it is far-away
Have you collected all essential info? (pet's owner's name, pet's name, breed and weight, and age)
Have you deleted any outdated info (home address, excluded Pets or age) have you added the date for the deposit If any?
Is the customer subject to any waiver? if so, has the Waiver already been signed and the appointment updated with the appropriate note (check waiver signing protocol)
Have you tried to fill out the openings or gaps for tomorrow with every possible option? (Prot. Page)

⚠️ Note: If an appointment fails or is missing any checklist item, follow the steps in the Protocol Page. If no protocol exists, call the Manager until direct contact is made.
